I've recently gotten back into the newer breed of hardcore emerging from the ashes of commercial metalcore. Vein is probably my favorite of the bunch.

Truth be told, it's been a hot minute since i got to shoot a well lit concert with an awesome band. Japanese Breakfast plays a delightful blend of shoegaze and pop that translates well for fans of both genres. You could call me a fan :)
Last week I photographed ACADEMY OF ROCK. It was seriously awesome to watch these kids (and adults) display some impressive talent. Loved every minute of it! See you kids on the big stage!
I've been listening to Jonah's music since I was in high school. Far, onelinedrawing, Gratitude, and New End Original all shaped my flowing musical tastes and bookmark moments throughout my life. His songs belong in these house shows; small, intimate, and true.

I woke up at the crack ass of 4am, climbed the local hiking trail, and caught a glimpse of the super blue blood lunar eclipse moon. Not my best work (I would need a 400mm or high to get the results I'd be happy with) but it still looked cool and it was peaceful/scary standing alone in the woods looking at this lunar phenomenon.
